Recommended doses depending on the thickness of the tire:

- MTB 26'': between 60 and 80 ml
- MTB 27,5'': between 70 and 90 ml
- MTB 29'': between 80 and 100 ml
- MTB with plus tires: between 100 and 200 ml
- Fat Bike: between 170 and 200 ml
